From Russia with love ...

While Sakis Rouvas with a suitcase in hand travels across Europe to promote the «This is our night», the faithful of the musical competition are about to get the much desired «ticket» which will give them a seat in one of the musical evenings of this year's Eurovision. Ticket fare starts tomorrow through the Internet, specifically to address www. eurovision.1tv.ru.

Altogether there are ten different ticket faires, which are addressed to all pockets. However, you get what you pay for. The ticket of only 20 euros sounds like a very good price, but only allowes access to the rehearsals of the semi-finals and it is the lowest price for a ticket. The highest price tickets will reach nearly 650 euros ...! In this case we speak of course for the final night and the VIP seats. In general, according to figures given by the ERT, the average price for the final is about 150 euros, while the two semi-finals is 95 euros. 

The time of the contest is approaching fast and Sakis Rouvas has an intensive tour schedule. Specifically, yesterday he returned from the country that will host Eurovision this year, Russia, where he made an appearence in the Russian Song Selection Contest. Please note that the final winner of Russia was the Ukrainian Anastasia Prikhodko, which in 2007 won the «Pop Idol» in Russia. The song is called «Mamo» and half is written in Russian and half in Ukrainian.

Upcoming stops Sakis is Cyprus and Berlin. Indeed, in the capital of Germany Sakis will present his song in the Tourism Exhibition that is held there as Sakis is the anointed tourism embasador of Greece
